TOUR DESCRIPTION:

Discover three impressive waterfalls in the middle of the jungle while you hike for 20 minutes through the beautiful rain forest at the bottom of the active Miravalles Volcano.

Walk through hot springs, bubbling mud pots, fumaroles and feel the steam coming out of the ground.

Be rejuvenated by the therapeutic properties of the volcanic mud and sulfurous waters and relax in the thermal mineral hot springs of the volcano.

Days:    Tuesday and Thursday
                   Driving time is 3 hours each way
                   Pick up Time: 7:30 am
                   Return: 5:00 pm
                   Lunch included

Age:      Minimum age:    5 years old

Suggested fitness level: Moderate – requires light hiking

Equipment: Bathing suit, walking shoes, flip flops or water shoes, sunscreen, insect repellent, money (for gratuities and incidentals) waterproof camera and change of clothes
